The Blood Connection (TBC) is proud to be bringing local, community blood donation back to Virginia! We have partnered with and are now the sole provider of all blood products to Carilion Clinic and SOVAH Health – Danville. Join us at our Virginia Community Blood Centers in Roanoke and Danville and help us to grow and put down our roots here.

Our Roanoke Community Blood Center opens in December 2025, however you can help your community by donating whole blood or double red cells at our fixed mobile center located at 4873 Valley View Blvd. NW, Roanoke, VA. Our Danville Community Blood Center is now open! You can also donate at one of our community blood drives in the greater Roanoke-Danville area. As the blood provider for the greater Roanoke area, The Blood Connection works with community members to host mobile drives to support those in need in Virginia!
