Patrick Garrett received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lander University in Greenwood, SC.  He went on to study Human Resources Development earning a Master’s Degree from Webster University.

Garrett has 20 years experience in Blood Banking, beginning his career as a phlebotomist; he has been a part of the Human Resources team for the last 10 years and currently serves the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Personnel Officer to which he was appointed in 2002.

Garrett oversees the all administrative duties involving personnel management, up to and including all functions of employee relations, employee processes, payroll and benefits, strategic planning and legal interpretation in all aspects of employment functions.
